Going Homeless for the Homeless 2007 Challenge - Church Activities

The Wellspring Center is an excellent place to find people from all backgrounds, faiths and cultures working alongside to serve and share fellowship with the homeless guests visiting the center.

The Wellspring Center is grateful for the support it receives from any organisation within the community, and on request gladly participate in any organised meeting or event to present more information on the activities in our homeless center.

Brian and Peters faith sharing

A big part of each journey Brian and Peter commit to making on their tandem, in faith going homeless for the homeless, is their faith and trusting in God to support them on their venture.
Brian has often said "although the tandem only has 2 seats, God is always the third person riding along with us on our journeys!"

On request, please contact us if you'd like Brian and Peter to visit your Church, where they will present the tales and antics of previous journeys, inspire you to be involved and support their 2007 1000 mile challenge, and discuss their faith in God and commitment to the needy in our society.

Church Activities

Please consider how your Church can support the 2007 Challenge to cycle and canoe 1000 miles from Stockport to Beziers.

Invite Brian and Peter to present in your morning service, perform a drama sketch, share their faith and promote the work at the Wellspring Center.

Contact us for ideas for various age groups to learn and better understand the reasons for homelessness.
